As anticipated, total Single Family Flagstaff Area Home sales in October 2015 dropped compared to total sales for September, 2015 (71 in Oct. vs. 98 in Sept). October 2015 also saw a decrease compared to October 2014 (71 vs. 80). We did see a slight increase in inventory levels and are back to August 2015 supply levels at 4.7 months. Low inventory levels below the $400,000 range are still the current norm. The median price for single family homes increased in October as compared to September this year ($355,000 compared to 348,500). There were 12 townhomes sold in the Flagstaff area in October as compared to 23 in 2014.
