Hard as it may sound, November 2015 is in the books. Flagstaff single family homes sales remained strong, dipping only slightly from October of this year. There were a total of 69 homes sold in November, compared to 71 for October. Total sales were slightly off from November 2014 (72). Inventory levels did drop 10% from October to November. Market inventory is at a 4.4 month supply with a continued shortage below the $400,000 range. The median sold price for November 2015 was $336,500. The townhome market had 16 townhomes change ownership compared to 8 sales in November 2014.
