Here is the Flagstaff homes sales report for November October 2016.  Single family home sales in the Flagstaff area tied with November 2015 numbers with 67 homes sold.  Inventory levels in the $400,000 and under range continue to trend at low levels.  Developers/builders are adding to the inventory in this level and we anticipate seeing more opportunities for buyers in 2017.

The median price for single family homes sales in the Flagstaff area for November was $365,000 up from $360,000 in October.

8 Condos were sold in the Flagstaff area in November and 16 townhomes.
