Single family home sales in the Flagstaff area for December 2016 were up slightly over December 2015. There were 65 single family homes sales compared to 63 sales in 2015. Buyers held confident through the election, rise in interest rates, and lack of inventory as 2016 came to an end. As we enter 2017 Flagstaff home sales look to remain strong. We continue to struggle with inventory levels but have new opportunities coming via new home sales. Builders Capstone and Miramonte moved onto the next phase in Presidio, and Johnson Ranch in Doney Park will start taking lot reservations soon.
The median price for single family homes sales in the Flagstaff area for December dropped to $350,000 compared to $365,000 in November.
10 Condos were sold in the Flagstaff area in December and 22 townhomes.
