38 single family homes sold the first month of 2017, compared to 47 sold in January of 2016. While sales are down compared to January 2016 , it is important to note there are currently 113 single family homes currently under contract. Although some may fall out of contract, we anticipate more sold homes in the coming months.
Low inventory levels continue to strain the market and push the sales price. The median price for single family homes sales in the Flagstaff area for January 2017 came in at $376,500 compared to $350,000 in December. The average sales price for single family homes for January was $426,215 and the averages price per square foot was $194.87.
In the Flagstaff area in January there were 7 condos and 12 townhomes sold.
