Monthly Flagstaff Homes Sales Report – June 2017 Flagstaff Homes Sales

, ,

Just like anticipating the start of the Monsoon season in July, we anticipate strong homes sales in Flagstaff every June.  2017 did not disappoint.  There were 103 single family homes sales in the MLS in June in Flagstaff.  This is up from 92 in June of last year and 80 from May of this year.  Homes prices under $400,000 continue to have the strongest volume.  While typical to have more listings in the summer months, we have seen an ever so slight bump in the active listings under $400,000.  Inventory levels still favor sellers in the lower priced ranges.

The average sales price for single family homes in the Flagstaff area for June was $416,461 with an average price/sq. ft. of 209.06.  The median sales price was $377,900.

We did see 16 Condos, 35 townhomes and 19 manufactured homes sold in the area in June.

Below you will find an in-depth look at the current market conditions for the month of June.   Keep an eye out for our quarterly sales report in our Quarterly Newsletter coming soon.
