Below you will find the sales for single family homes in the Flagstaff area for August 2016. The market saw a total of 94 homes sold during the month, down from 103 sales during August 2015. There were 43 sales in the $300,000-$400,000 range. With less than a two month’s supply, we continue to struggle with inventory levels under $400,0000. Any sellers contemplating selling TAKE NOTE! For the sales in August, the average sales price compared to the Original list price was 96%. Sellers are coming very close to hitting their original list price.
The median price for single family homes sales in August was $375,900 up from $367,450 in July.
Flagstaff townhome sales soared in August 2016 with 45, and there were an impressive 28 condo sales.
